At Beddingly Yours, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you with our hassle-free returns process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed), with all tags still attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return.

2. Time Frame for Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants

  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a return request: Click here to start your return.

  2. Log in to your account by entering your email address and confirming the verification code sent to your inbox.

  3. Select the order and the items you wish to return.

  4. Choose the reason for the return and add any relevant notes.

  5. Submit your return request.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

5. Return Shipping

  • Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping on eligible returns.

  • If your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Use this label to send the item back to us.

  • Items returned without prior approval or a return label will not be accepted.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, place a separate order for the new item.

  • Please note that exchange availability depends on stock levels.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@beddinglyyours.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and ensure a replacement or refund is processed promptly.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

9. Processing Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return is approved or rejected. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@beddinglyyours.com.

10. Restocking Fee

We charge a 2% restocking fee for all returns. This will be deducted from your refund.

11. Exceptions to the Return Policy

  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

  • Returns initiated after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.
